★★★★★While Dr. Muzaffar himself has an excellent reputation and is highly respected in this region, unfortunately the clinic staff do not reflect the same professionalism. In particular, the pharmacist’s behavior i guess Firdos, was very disappointing. He did not know how to speak or behave respectfully with a lady who had been waiting in the queue for a long time. Many patients, especially women, may not be familiar with how the system of turns works, and it is the staff’s responsibility to guide them politely and professionally. Instead, the staff came across as unprofessional and uncivilized, treating patients as if they were not worthy of basic respect. This kind of attitude ruins the reputation of such a brilliant doctor in a remote area where people rely on him for care. The staff urgently need to improve their conduct, show courtesy, and educate patients patiently. A clinic is not just about medical treatment—it is also about dignity and respect for those seeking help.
